The personal property of the deceased person, in a definite condition is likely to be transferred to his/ her successor. When the inheritance has met the requirements, the heirs has the right to apply for the inherited property to be transferred.

This affidavit is addressed to the person or institution who is authorized to manage the property of the deceased, by showing a small estate affidavit, or commonly known as the Affidavit for Collection of Personal Property.
